Order Status & Changes
Order status: You’ll receive a confirmation email to track your order.
Changing an order: Only possible if the order hasn’t entered “preparing for shipping,” “shipping,” or “delivered.”
Payment
Methods: PayPal (accepts MasterCard, VISA, Amex, Discover) or Secure Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
Currency: All transactions are in USD (your bank converts if using another currency).
Shipping
Destinations: Worldwide (Asia, North/Central America, Europe, Oceania).
Processing time: 6–10 days. Shipping time depends on chosen method.
Tracking: Via confirmation email.
Not home: Next‑day delivery attempt, rescheduling, or pickup at local post office.
Returns & Exchanges
Conditions: Item unused, purchased from our online store, request within 14 days of delivery.
How to return: Contact customer service for return address, use original packaging, include proof of purchase.
Return cost: Free only if the return is due to a support@styllenote.com error; otherwise, shipping cost deducted from refund.
Processing time: Return confirmed within 14 days of receipt at warehouse; refund/exchange issued within 14 days after acceptance.
