1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
· PayPal – We primarily use PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover.
· Credit Card (Direct Payment) – We also accept direct credit card payments via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
2. What currency will I be charged in?
All transactions on styllenote.com are processed in USD (dollar).
If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
3. How do I change or modify my order?
If you notice a mistake after receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately at support@styllenote.com.
We can help modify your order before shipment. Once your order has been shipped, changes are no longer possible.
4. What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have not received an order confirmation email, possible reasons include:
· You may have entered your email address incorrectly when placing the order
· The email may have been sent to your spam/junk folder
Please check your spam folder first. You may also log into your account to view your order history. If you still cannot locate the confirmation, please contact us at support@styllenote.com for assistance.
